Waitlist privacy notice

This notice covers one thing: the waitlist on heyantonio.ai. It explains what happens to your email address when you ask to hear when Antonio goes on sale.
Who is responsible
Anton Kosenok, sole proprietor (Monotributista), CUIT 27-96348861-6, Argentina. Contact: privacy@heyantonio.ai.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store:
- your email address;
- the date and time you joined;
- that you ticked “Email me when Antonio goes on sale.”
We do not ask for your name or anything else. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics.
Why
To email you when Antonio goes on sale and to hold the $25 launch price for you. We do not use your address for anything else. We rely on your consent: you give it by ticking the box, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Where it is kept
In a database in Anton Kosenok’s Cloudflare account. Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website and stores the list for us. Your address may be stored and processed outside Argentina, including in the United States.
Like any web host, Cloudflare also handles technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not store that data with your email.
How long
We keep your address until 12 months after Antonio goes on sale, then delete the list. If you ask, we delete it sooner.
Your rights
Write to privacy@heyantonio.ai from the address you signed up with to:
- see the data we hold about you;
- correct your address;
- delete it and leave the list;
- withdraw your consent.
We answer a request to see your data within 10 calendar days, and we correct or delete within 5 working days, as Argentine law (Ley 25.326) requires. Seeing your data is free at intervals of six months or more, unless you show a legitimate interest.
If you are in the European Union, you also have the rights the GDPR gives you, including the right to receive your data in a portable form and the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
No sale, no sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your address. Only Cloudflare stores it, as our host.
